It’s that time of year – when many of us will be recommitting to daily blogging and exercise. I know I am. And to help, I’ve written and I’ve been using a WordPress plugin that lets you tag your daily posts with the kinds and amount of exercises you did that day.
I call it flogger – short for ‘fitness logger’ – and because a flogger is a kind of motivational tool (LOL)
